Thank you for taking part in RAPID (Responsible Authority Proficiency in Incident Disclosure) Training. This brief training will provide information about your role as a Mandatory Reporter.
(Anticipated training time: 15-20 minutes.)

All College employees are Mandatory Reporters*聽This means that when an incident of sexual misconduct is disclosed to a faculty or staff member, they must report it to the Director of Title IX to ensure the safety of the reporting individual and the larger campus. Sexual misconduct includes sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual聽exploitation, stalking, dating violence, and domestic violence as defined by the Sexual聽Misconduct Policy.
All Mandatory Reporters must report sexual misconduct (either reported to them or observed by them) to the Director of Title IX within 24 hours.聽The College requires everyone in the campus community to report the suspected abuse of children (those under the age of 18) to the Director of Title IX.
*Confidential Resources: Please note that Healthcare professionals in Health Services, Licensed Professional Counselors in the Counseling Services, Athletic Trainers, and Pastoral Counselors are confidential and are exempt from this reporting requirement.
