Our dedicated team of legal and compliance professionals is committed to protecting the College’s legal interests, and ensuring the College adheres to all regulatory and compliance standards, while fostering a safe and inclusive learning and working environment for the entire campus community.

Who We Are

Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to safeguarding the legal, compliance and regulatory needs of the campus.

• Legal Counsel: The Office of the General Counsel provides legal services to the Board of Trustees, College President, and members of the administration, including legal counsel, legal risk management, contract drafting and review, policy formation and guidance, and compliance oversight to support the College’s mission.
• Title IX & Affirmative Action: The Office of Title IX & Institutional Compliance oversees policy compliance, education and response regarding discrimination and harassment, and ensures equitable employment practices.
• Environmental Health & Safety: The Office of Environmental Health & Safety oversees campus environmental, occupational, and fire safety programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports emergency preparedness.
