Spring 2026 – Check Out Information

📋 General Check-Out Information

Thank you for being an essential part of our residential community.  As the Spring semester comes to a close, we want to ensure that you have all the necessary information regarding the Spring 2026 closing procedures.  Please take a moment to review the details below so you can plan accordingly.

All students must vacate their housing assignment 24 hours after their last exam or by 6:00 pm Tuesday, May 12, 2026, whichever comes first.

In cases where there are less than 24 hours between the last exam and the official closing date/time of the Residence Halls, residents must still vacate by 6:00 pm, Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

There is no paperwork to complete the check-out process.  Upon check-out, all residents and their belongings must be removed from all residential areas.

Please keep in mind that students are expected to follow the final exam schedule posted on the web.
