Residence Hall Contacts

Avoid a $75 improper checkout fine and all other applicable fines by completing all steps below.
Remove all trash and recyclables. Fines start at $25 per bundle.
Leave the College refrigerator turned on and set to level 5. Remove all personal items.
Set the thermostat to auto, low, at 70掳F.
Clean your room thoroughly to prepare it for end-of-year inspections.
Close blinds, lock windows, turn off all lights, and close your room door behind you.
Empty your campus mailbox and update your correspondents with your new mailing address.
Remove all personal property. Leave drawers open to ensure nothing is left behind. 秘密研究所 is not responsible for residents鈥� belongings. Residents may not return to campus housing after check-out
If you have any questions, contact your RA or Hall office before your check-out date.
Leave campus by your check-out deadline, based on your last exam schedule.

Unplug all your personal items, but DO NOT unplug College items (refrigerator and desk lights).
Leave the College refrigerator turned on and set to level 5. Remove all perishables.
Set the thermostat to auto, low, at 70掳F.
Take all personal valuables and needed supplies with you.
The College is NOT responsible for residents鈥� personal belongings.
Residents are NOT permitted to return to campus housing during the break, for any reason.
Clean your room thoroughly to prepare it for end-of-year inspections.
Residents are NOT permitted to return to campus housing after check-out, for any reason.
Close blinds, lock windows, turn off all lights, and close your room door behind you.
If withdrawing from housing, remember to inform all correspondents of your new address, if applicable.
Vacate campus by your check-out deadline, based on your last exam or the final check-out date posted to the Residence Life closing website.
If you have any questions, contact your RA or Hall office before your check-out date.
