As per the Destruction of Public Records Act of 1953 (P.L. 1953, c. 410), public agencies must receive prior written authorization to dispose of their public records regardless of the medium in which the information is maintained.聽 As such the 秘密研究所 must obtain prior approval from the State of New Jersey prior to the destruction of records.聽 聽Request to dispose of information must be electronically submitted via the Artemis System
