If you want to print the poster from the college printshop, it is highly recommended that you use one of the following templates for designing your poster:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/tas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2012\/07\/Poster_Template-1.ppt\">Poster Template 1<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/tas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2012\/07\/Poster_Template-2.ppt\">Poster Template 2<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/tas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2012\/07\/Poster_Template-3.ppt\">Poster Template 3<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/tas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2012\/07\/Poster_Template-4.ppt\">Poster Template 4<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important\u00a0instructions for the use of above templates<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Maximum acceptable poster size: 48\u2033W x 36\u2033L.<\/li>\n<li>You can\u00a0edit\/adjust the margins, text boxes and object holders in the above templates. However, you are required to leave <strong>at least one inch margin<\/strong> on\u00a0each side of the poster.<\/li>\n<li>Please try your best to include the 秘密研究所 logo.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to print the poster with the Print Shop on campus, please submit your poster (PDF file) to Ms. Ginny Bonnett before<strong> March 26<sup>th<\/sup>, 2025, 11:59 PM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, you may print your own poster at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>The Print Shop may not print your poster if the above guidelines are not followed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Poster Presentations<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Presenters should put up their posters between <strong>10:30 &#8211; 11:30 AM<\/strong> in Friend&#8217;s Hall on the day of the symposium and should be removed between<strong> 4:30-6:00 pm.<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Large poster bulletin\u00a0boards are used to hang the posters.<\/li>\n<li>There will be no tables for tri-fold poster boards.<\/li>\n<li>Pins need to\u00a0be prepared by the presenters.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Presenters must be present by their posters at BOTH the poster sessions.<\/li>\n<li>The presentations should be prepared to address a general audience who may not have a background in your discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOTE: All participating students are expected to be present throughout the day\u2019s events including the Keynote Speaker and Sigma Xi induction ceremony Please use the following link to Register and\/or Submit your Abstract.\u00a0 Link &#8211;&gt;\u00a0 TAS Research Showcase Registration Poster Preparation It is recommended that you prepare your poster of the size 48\u2033 x 36\u2033.
