While representing the student body and ideals of 秘密研究所 of New Jersey, the Student Government Association through unity in diversity, embraces student leadership in all forms.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Land Acknowledgment<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">The Student Government Association respectfully acknowledges that we are conducting our business on the ancestral and traditional Indigenous territory of the Ramapough Lunaape Nation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\"><a class=\"btn\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/affirmaction\/land-acknowledgement\/\">RCNJ&#8217;s partnership with the Ramapough Lunaape Nation<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Online Resources in Restrooms<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/sga\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/101\/2025\/12\/Senate-Bill-2025-F-03_-Online-Resources-in-Restrooms.pdf\">Senate Bill 2025-F-03: Online Resources in Restrooms<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Student Government Association will cooperate with the department of Facilities to implement a QR code in restrooms across the campus of 秘密研究所 of New Jersey, frequented by students;<\/li>\n<li>The Student Government Association will work with departments on campus such as Facilities, Office of Title IX, Health and Counseling Services, and the Office of Violence Prevention to include their online resources into the QR Code;<\/li>\n<li>The Student Government Association will update the QR Code on an as needed basis to include future resources associated with other services or departments upon the request and discretion of that particular department or service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Resolution on Valley Health<\/h4>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/sga\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/101\/2025\/12\/Senate-Bill-2025-F-02_-Resolution-on-Valley-Health.docx.pdf\">Senate Bill 2025-F-02: Resolution on Valley Health<\/a><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The Student Government Association will continually advocate for not only publicity of important discussions that pertain to student life, but accessibility to this information to continually foster an engaged, informed, and accurately represented student body<\/li>\n<li>The Student Government Association will continue to advocate for health services that are student-centered and responsive to the evolving needs of the Ramapo student body<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Student Government Association will work with the appropriate offices to ensure health services are student-centered and responsive to the evolving needs of the Ramapo student body.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Maintenance of Commuter Event Sign<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/sga\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/101\/2025\/12\/Senate-Bill-2025-S-03_-Maintenance-of-Commuter-Event-Sign.docx.pdf\">Senate Bill 2025-S-03: Maintenance of Commuter Event Sign<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>The Student Government Association will continually advocate for not only publicity of important discussions that pertain to student life, but accessibility to this information to continually foster an engaged, informed, and accurately represented student body<\/li>\n<li>A new sign will be implemented on the pathway next to the Berrie Center from the commuter parking lot to campus. The goal of the sign is to make information about events more readily available to commuters;<\/li>\n<li>The sign will be maintained by the SGA Commuter Affairs Committee at a minimum of a biweekly basis at the scheduled meeting time or as needed. The content of the signage will also be overseen by the 秘密研究所 Commuter Affairs Office as well as the SGA Commuter Affairs Committee;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Improved Recycling On Campus<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/sga\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/101\/2025\/12\/Senate-Bill-2024-F-03_-Improving-Recycling-on-Campus.docx.pdf\">Senate Bill 2024-F-03: Improving Recycling on Campus<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The SGA has passed a bill which sought for the SGA to campaign and educate on proper<br \/>\nrecycling practices as well as increase signage of recycling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Solidarity with Israeli and Palestinian Civilians<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/sga\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/101\/2023\/12\/Senate-Bill-Solidarity-with-Israeli-and-Palestinian-Civilians-REVISIONS-.pdf\">Senate Bill 2023- 05: Solidarity with Israeli and Palestinian Civilians REVISED<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Student Government Association stands in solidarity with the Israeli and Palestinian civilians, recognizes the people who have lost their lives to the ongoing conflict in Israel, Palestine, and Gaza.<\/li>\n<li>The members of the SGA are encouraged to stay up to date on the conflict through the use of reputable sources and encourage others to so the same as well.<\/li>\n<li>The SGA commits to fostering open and constructive discussion forums to talk about the ongoing conflict in a respectful manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Stance Against Anti-Semitism<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/sga\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/101\/2022\/12\/Senate-Bill-2022-11_-One-Man-in-Memory-of-Six-Million-.pdf\">Senate Bill 2022 &#8211; 11: One Man in Memory of Six Million<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The SGA recognizes the importance of remembering those affected by genocide.
