The IDC lab is available for faculty and staff use. We are located in the <strong>Learning Commons, 2nd floor, Room 201<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The IDC offers online support for all your learning technology queries. Log a ticket through the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/helpdesk.ramapo.edu\/\">Web Help Desk<\/a> <\/strong>and we will reply within a few hours on weekdays. Alternatively, you can email <a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@ramapo.edu\"><strong>helpdesk@ramapo.edu<\/strong><\/a>.
