Students may consider taking either a \u201cco-op\u201d or an internship in Literature (or both).<\/p>\n

CO-OPS:<\/strong> Cooperative Education is a credit-bearing program places students in positions related to their educational and career goals. Cooperative Education integrates academic learning with faculty supervised work experiences in both public and private sectors.<\/p>\n

INTERNSHIPS:<\/strong> An internship is defined as a pre-professional hands-on experience in an area in which the student has achieved some measure of competence or interest.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9sum\u00e9s give prospective employers their most concrete impression of who you are, where you\u2019ve been, and how you will benefit their institution. Therefore, your r\u00e9sum\u00e9 is a sort of surrogate for you, advocating for you in your absence. Your r\u00e9sum\u00e9 is the tool you will use to advocate for yourself.
