Recurring Giving<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A recurring gift is an easy way to make a big impact that fits with your budget and schedule. Setting up a recurring, monthly\u00a0gift is\u00a0easy and convenient.\u00a0\u00a0Visit www.ramapo.edu\/give<\/a>\u00a0and select the “Recurring\u00a0Monthly Gift”\u00a0option. IRA Charitable Rollover Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The IRA Charitable Rollover program allows individuals age 70 1\/2 or older to contribute through their IRA, as part of their annual RMD, and not pay income tax on the donated portion of the distribution. Additional info is available here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Securities<\/h3>\n

Stock, mutual funds, or other types of securities can be transferred to the College through the Foundation. Significant capital gains taxes savings may be realized by the contributed transfer of assets. For more information click here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Real Estate<\/h3>\n

A contribution of real property is a substantial way to establish an endowment or benefit a College program. Significant tax savings may be realized by donating a real estate asset from an estate.<\/p>\n

Planned Giving<\/h3>\n

Naming 秘密研究所 as a beneficiary of your will, retirement plan or life insurance policy helps secure Ramapo\u2019s future. In 2005, Ramapo launched a Pooled Income Fund and Annuity Program. Please contact the Planned Giving Office to discuss these opportunities in greater detail.

Donor Advised Funds<\/h3>\n

Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) are convenient and among the easiest and most tax-advantageous ways to support Ramapo’s students. Many donors find that DAFs help manage their charitable giving and provide a simple way to involve family in gift discussions. For more information click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Gifts-In-Kind<\/b><\/h3>\n

The donation of such goods and services as a subscription to a major periodical to Ramapo’s library, an art collection or a professional service, can help further the programs of the College.<\/p>\n
