The permit was issued in response to USEPA\u2019s phase II rules.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"collapsableContent\" tabindex=\"0\"><div class=\"collapsableTitle\"><span class=\"fa-stack\"><i class=\"fa fa-circle fa-stack-2x\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-down fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-up fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><\/span>Public Complex Definition<\/div><div class=\"c_content\">\n<p>A Public Complex is defined as a single lot (or two or more lots that are contiguous or on a college or university campus) which contains at least two buildings owned or operated by the same governmental entity, and:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>i. Is at a campus of a college or university which Statewide has a combined total of at least 1,000 employees (usually present at least six hours per day on weekdays) or full-time students; or<\/li>\n<li>ii. Is at any other public facility (for example a military base, hospital, prison, or general administration facility), and has a combined total of at least 1,000 employees, military personnel, or residents (including patients or prisoners) usually present at least six hours per day on weekdays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">秘密研究所 is considered a Public Complex and must follow all permit requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"collapsableContent\" tabindex=\"0\"><div class=\"collapsableTitle\"><span class=\"fa-stack\"><i class=\"fa fa-circle fa-stack-2x\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-down fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-up fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><\/span>秘密研究所 Public Complex NJ Dept. of Environmental Protection (DEP) Permit<\/div><div class=\"c_content\">\n<p>This New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) permit was issued to the College on November 28, 2023 in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:14A.\u00a0 The most recent compliance inspection by the NJ DEP was completed on April 27, 2026.\u00a0 秘密研究所 was in full compliance with all permit requirements.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"safe-water mt-3\">\u00a0<a class=\"btn\" style=\"background-color: #bc8c3e\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/ehs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2024\/04\/R11-Authorization.pdf\">Public Complex Stormwater Permit<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"infoBox col-sm-12 col-lg-12 \"><div class=\"boxTitle\">Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP)<\/div><div class=\"boxContent\">\n<div class=\"collapsableContent\" tabindex=\"0\"><div class=\"collapsableTitle\"><span class=\"fa-stack\"><i class=\"fa fa-circle fa-stack-2x\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-down fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-up fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><\/span>Plan Information<\/div><div class=\"c_content\">\n<p>This SPPP was updated on April 15, 2026 and describes how we implement the permit requirements in our stormwater program.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"collapsableContent\" tabindex=\"0\"><div class=\"collapsableTitle\"><span class=\"fa-stack\"><i class=\"fa fa-circle fa-stack-2x\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-down fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-up fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><\/span>Plan<\/div><div class=\"c_content\">\n<h4 id=\"safe-home\" class=\"safe-water mt-3\"><a class=\"btn\" style=\"background-color: #bc8c3e\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/ehs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2025\/03\/SPPP-2025.pdf\">Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"infoBox col-sm-12 col-lg-12 \"><div class=\"boxTitle\">Stormwater Infrastructure Map <\/div><div class=\"boxContent\">\n<div class=\"collapsableContent\" tabindex=\"0\"><div class=\"collapsableTitle\"><span class=\"fa-stack\"><i class=\"fa fa-circle fa-stack-2x\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-down fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-up fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><\/span>Map Description<\/div><div class=\"c_content\">\n<p>The College has developed a working inventory of stormwater facilities. This helps to ensure adequate long term operation and maintenance of all stormwater facilities.
