To make an appointment, click on Schedule an Appointment <\/b><\/a>here or on the CRW homepage. Select the day and time, and whether you want an in-person or an online session. Appointments must be scheduled by 10 PM the night before the requested session. To learn learn more about what happens in a session, click on What to Expect from a Session<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Online Sessions<\/h4>\n

To access your online appointment link, go to WCOnline and click on your appointment time; then click the online meeting button.<\/p>\n

In-Person Sessions<\/h4>\n

If you select an in-person appointment, go to the Center for Reading and Writing on the 4th floor of the new Learning Commons, Room 420, to meet with your consultant. Appointments can also be scheduled in person at one of our partner locations (eg, the Women’s Center & LGBTQ+ Services, the STEM Center, the Multicultural Center). Locations will be indicated when making your appointments.<\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> If you cannot make an appointment, please cancel it at least an hour<\/strong><\/em> in advance by going to your appointment in WCONLINE and clicking cancel.<\/p>\n

Cancelation and No-Show Policy<\/h4>\n

After TWO missed appointments within a two-week period (due to a no-show or cancelation within one hour of the session)<\/span>, the student will receive an email warning from the CRW.<\/span><\/p>\n

After four no-shows or cancellations within six hours of a session, the student will be unable to schedule an appointment for four weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n
